All Mellolane.com online contests are open only to U.S. residents who are 13 years of age or older. If you are under 16 years of age, you must have your parent's or guardian's permission before providing any personal information. When signing up for the contests, we may ask for your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. This information will assist us in contacting the winners. Contest entrants will receive our online newsletter.
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. TO ENTER: Visit the Mellolane.com website and follow the instructions to enter on-line or submit entries through the mail. If you would like your photo returned, you must include your return mailing address on the back of your photo, and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Mellolane.com is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail or for mail that is undelivered because of insufficient postage. This contest is open only to U.S. residents who, as of Aug. 31, 2005, are 18 years of age or older. If you are a teen under 16 years of age, you must have your parents or guardian’s permission before providing personal information. Please note that by entering this contest you will automatically be registered for the Mellolane.com Newsletter. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted. Limit one entry per person, per e-mail address, which is valid for the entire contest period. Mellolane.com is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or for other errors, failures, or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Contest runs from June 15, 2005 through December 31, 2005. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on December 31, 2005, to be included.
2. Winners: Eligible entries are entries received in completion. The winning picture will be selected on January 15, 2006. Winner need not be present and will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of their name being drawn. Upon notification, winners must claim their prize by e-mail or by the telephone number provided. If a given winner does not respond within 7 days of initial notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from among remaining eligible entries. Winners must complete any and all legal documents and return them to Mellolane.com within Five (5) working days after receipt of such documents. Noncompliance will result in disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner will be selected from among remaining eligible entries.

4. LIMIT ONE PRIZE PER HOUSEHOLD OR FAMILY: No prize substitutions or cash redemption except as provided herein. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value should featured prize become unavailable. Taxes on prizes are responsibility of winners. Entries become property of sponsor and will not be returned. The decisions of Mellolane.com are final in all matters relating to this CONTEST.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Comfortable Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents 13 years of age and older.

Employees of Mellolane.com and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales reps, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to participate. Proof of identity must be furnished upon request.
6. GENERAL: By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the judges' decisions. Winners agree to release employees of Mellolane.com and their respective directors, employees, officers and agents including without limitation their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damage with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity. In addition, winner acknowledges that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. If prize notification letter or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of entries are received. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this CONTEST should virus, bugs or other causes beyond Sponsors' control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the CONTEST.
