Mello Lane was founded on the beaches of Santa Cruz, California in 2001. We just wanted to remind this crazy world through our apparel to MELLO OUT! and unplug sometimes... take in some easy going unscheduled fun. Wouldn't it be cool if everyone lived on Mello Lane Mentally? Our company is way off the beaten path of your cliche Lifestyle clothing brands. Inspired by an actual street in Santa Cruz, our mission is to spread positive Mello vibes worldwide.

In October 2004, the town of Scorpion Bay, Baja Mexico, allowed us to name the main road that runs along the ocean. We threw a grande town fiesta (see events) (also see Baja Mexico Designs) .

We are currently selling on both coasts of the USA and Internationally.
